Project Overview
As Lead Product Designer, I was in charge of shaping this internal platform for basketball team managers. The goal was to help them review, validate, and trust AI-generated player stats. I led the full UX/UI process—from discovery to dev-ready handoff—turning complex data into clear, actionable interfaces.
This was a critical tool in the SportsVisio ecosystem: managers needed to approve performance data before it reached the player-facing app.
That meant the UI had to be fast, accurate, and support confident decision-making. The biggest challenge? Making large sets of raw data readable, usable, and context-aware within a tight space.
