How I work
- 01Design with engineering, not around it.I work closely with developers and design with real components, constraints, and implementation in mind.
- 02Start with real users.I learn how people actually work before deciding what the product needs next.
- 03I learn the domain.Basketball stats, property inspections, complex workflows. I understand the world before designing for it.
- 04Get out of Figma. From customer conversations at NARPM to sessions with coaches in Boston, the best insights rarely come from a design file.
- 05Improve what already works.I turn engineering-led products into clearer, more consistent experiences, without losing what already makes them useful.
